The position focuses on, Provide on-site service and technical support for excavators and motor graders, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime, Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure machines are operating at peak performance, Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques, Replace or repair worn-out components and carry out fluid changes, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks, Coordinate with customers for service scheduling and attend to breakdowns promptly, Install and commission new equipment at customer sites, Work with manufacturers' manuals, schematics, and diagrams to guide repair and service procedures, Document all repairs, parts used, and labour time for record-keeping and reporting, Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues identified, recommended repairs, and expected timelines, Maintain strong working relationships with clients, builders, and contractors through prompt, reliable service, Stay updated on product and technology developments related to excavators and motor graders, Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities meet industry standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Full-time position | Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical & Mining Sector.

Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories. Promote and sell construction equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, cranes, crushing & screening equipment, batching plants, and road construction machinery. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct customer visits and equipment demonstrations. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into business. Coordinate with finance for loan, leasing, and documentation processes.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, infrastructure companies, mining customers, and government departments. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with the service and spare parts teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Participate in exhibitions, product launches, and marketing events.
