The role involves carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy machinery to ensure efficient and reliable performance. Key responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, performing component replacements and major repairs, and adhering to manufacturer guidelines. The technician is expected to maintain accurate service records, communicate clearly with customers, provide on-site support when needed, and ensure all work meets industry and safety standards.

Full-time position | Qualification: Diploma/ITI or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering.
The position focuses on driving machinery and service sales by identifying opportunities, engaging customers across the region, and managing the complete sales process. Key tasks include analysing customer needs, handling documentation, providing after-sales support, and travelling to meet builders, contractors, and other stakeholders. Candidates must maintain strong customer relationships, stay updated on market trends, communicate clearly in the local language, and possess good knowledge of crusher products. Achieving sales targets and supporting MESPL’s growth are core expectations.
